Founded in 1987 as a glazing company by Paul and John Howell and later joined by their father Peter, BCG started fabricating PVC-U frames 12 years ago. Customer service is key to our business and the PROFILE 22 system allows us to be versatile and offer a wide choice to our customers.
This choice includes an option of glazed or unglazed frames, as well as sealed units, decorative glass, Georgian bars and leaded panels. All are manufactured to BSEN1279 standard at BCG’s 6,000sq ft Station Street site. Unfortunately, to the untrained eye, windows, doors and conservatories are visibly similar in appearance, so it’s not always easy to assess which ones are going to offer you the best value for money. Stronger PROFILE 22 windows, doors and conservatories are made from a high impact strength PVC-U which determines the quality of the PVC-U and its behaviour when subjected to heat and cold. PROFILE 22 products are made to standards that meet the highest classification. Longer lasting looks Time preserving additives are included in the composition of the PVC-U to prevent airborne pollutants and weather from ‘ageing’ the look of your new windows, doors and conservatory. The wood grain finish on PROFILE 22 is guaranteed for a FULL 10 YEARS against delamination and discolouration.
